ITL Industries Ltd. was incorporated in the year 1985 to manufacture Press tools, Jigs and Fixtures. We are catering to the country’s biggest Electric Power Generation Equipment Manufacturer, M/s. Bhel Group’s, whose 8 Units are operating in India, where research & development is an on going process. The Chairman and managing director of the company, Shri R. S. Jain, is an entrepreneur, mechanical design engineer and even the founder of the company. We have a well equipped manufacturing unit along with a highly sophisticated office, which are designed keeping in view the latest technology. Our aim is to manufacture pipe threading machines, tube straightening machine and rotary swaging machines with firm specifications. The mechanical engineers of the company have varied software, solid CAD design facilities, which they use for R&D purposes.

In 2004, ITL introduced the newly developed CNC Carbide Tip Circular Sawing Machine and displayed the same in EMO show at Hannover, Germany in 2005 and 2007 with outstanding global response. ITL offers a broad range of Circular Sawing Machine for non-ferrous Bars, Profiles, Sections and Tubes and cutting ferrous.

We are positioned at a plot of around 4 acres with a covering area of 72,000 square feet and additional land is also available for expansion of 44,000 square feet. Apart from that, we have acquired an additional area at Pithampur in Special Economic Zone, where the production is expected to start from 2008. Our engineering team uses upgraded designing techniques with CAD/CAM and solid design, other software and modeling. Our manufacturing unit includes best machine division, sub-assemblies, assemblies, painting, packaging and inspection facilities. In addition to this, we have skilled manpower to carry out the task of manufacturing, designing, servicing, marketing and various other commercial functions. Furthermore, our list of customers includes Bharat Heavy Electrical Units, Defense Establishments, Steel Plants, Steel Tube Plants, Railway Workshops, Research Organizations (like DMRL, NFC, Hindalco etc.) and Heavy Engineering Industries. Our company has successfully delivered the orders of M/s. General electric Company (USA), which is the world-wide leader in the manufacturing of Transportation, Medical Investigation Equipments, Engineering and Power Generation. Last but not the least, ITL is a public limited company and is even listed on the leading Stock Exchange of India. Besides this, we have enforced SAP-ERP system within our organization.
