Double Pay Off Reel

Our high speed double pay-off reel is very high in speed and is used to feed the slitted coilson tube mills. So as to feed the coils at the greater speed10, 000 kilograms of coils are put on every mandrel, which are enlarged and broken by hydraulic cylinders. The coil is fed from the one mandrel and the other is loaded for the further operation. The coil front end is supported and is moved by hydraulic cylinder. The double pay off reel is used to feed the slitted coils on the high speed tube mills. In order to feed the coils at a faster speed and coils upto 10,000 kg are put on each mandrel which are expanded and collapsed by hydraulic cylinders. The coil to the mill is fed from one mandrel while the second mandrel is loaded and kept ready for the next operation. The coil front end is well supported and can be moved by hydraulic cylinder.
