Rotary Disc Cutter

The rotating disk cutter is used for cutting the pipes in smaller lengths. The professional rotary disk cutter offered by us is well equipped with six rotary disk cutters for cutting the pipes in premeditated lengths. For cutting the pipe on the tube mill in smaller lengths as required out of two continuously welded pipes, a six rotary disc cutter is used, so that the cutting action takes place at the predetermined length. The complete operation is automatic and the cutting action takes place by the six rotating disc cutters while the pipe moves forward. The drive to the cutter is through A.C. motor and cutting pressure is exerted by hydraulic power. This is usually used for pipe 4" NB and above for round pipes only.
