This is a special straightening machine of 10 rolls specially developed for straightening pipes within the size range. Five rollers are mounted on top and also on bottom and driven separately by motor and gearbox through propeller shafts. The rollers can be adjusted in angular position as well as vertical settings as required. Roller’s hyperbolic profiles are generated on CNC machine to obtain high degree of straightness with least spiral marking on outer die and high speeds up to 12m/min.
