For Welding the Tubes and Pipes, a Weld Roll Assembly Unit is fitted to squeeze the Ends of the Heated Pipe So as to Form a Forge Weld. this is a 4 Roll Weld Roll Assembly in Which the Top Roll is Fitted in 2 Parts So as to Squeeze Both the Un-welded Ends Which is Required At Times to Take Care of the Non-uniform Tube End Formation.

For Smaller Sizes, Say upto 3" Nb or So, Two Rolls Weld Assembly is Generally Used, Of Course Depending upon the Type of Tube to Be Welded.
